Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using a credit/debit card or choose Cash on Delivery.

What payment methods do you accept? | ما هي طرق الدفع المتاحة؟

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Qatar.

Can I modify or cancel my order? | هل يمكنني تعديل أو إلغاء طلبي؟

Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page. We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders within Qatar.

How long does delivery take? | كم تستغرق مدة التوصيل؟

Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Doha, and 2-5 business days for other areas in Qatar.

Do you deliver outside Qatar? | هل توصلون خارج قطر؟

Currently, we only deliver within Qatar. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage.

Our skincare products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page and doing a patch test before full application.

Are your products dermatologically tested? | هل منتجاتكم مختبرة طبيًا؟

Yes, our products are dermatologically tested and approved for safe use on skin.

What is the shelf life of your products? | ما هي مدة صلاحية منتجاتكم؟

Each product has its expiry date printed on the packaging. Generally, our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months from the date of manufacture.

Can I return a product? | هل يمكنني إرجاع منتج؟

Yes, you can return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if I receive a damaged product? | ماذا لو استلمت منتجًا تالفًا؟
